Don Paul Richards has an extensive amount of experience in the waste management field. He entered the industry after a stint as an insurance salesman, which was a successful business venture but simply not what Don Paul Richards was after in life. Don Paul Richards left insurance industry for waste management, and countless years later, has never looked back.

For many years, Don Paul Richards worked for Loomis Fargo & Co as an Area General Manager, achieving great success as the company’s top employee for dealing with high-risk situations. At Loomis Fargo & Co, Don Paul Richards received a number of awards for his continued success at problem solving and his ability to fix problem areas safety and profitably. In 2001, Don Paul Richards was named as having the best overall risk performance; in 2002, he was in charge of the Most Improved Area; and in 2006, Don Paul Richards tackled the largest assignment in the company, and exceeded expectations in its completion, resulting in his winning of the Snake Pit Award.

Now, that experience and high risk expertise will come to Certified Waste Management, Inc, as Don Paul Richards leaves Loomis Fargo & Co for a District Manager position at his new professional home. Don Paul Richards will hopefully be a participant in the upcoming Southern Group Leadership Forum, which provides a place for future company leaders to discuss waste management solutions and the future of the industry.
